What is your Refund and Transfer Policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or transfers. Transfers may be permitted on case to case basis due to logistical implications to the overall experience of the event.
Can a Greatway Member’s Spouse avail the Member/Student Price?
Yes, if they are registered as a Greatway Member as well. If not, they can just register here: https://mygreatway.biz/ and once they get their member number, they can avail the Member/Student price. If not, they can avail the Regular Admission Tickets.
Can I buy bulk tickets?
Unfortunately, bulk ticket buying will not be offered for this year’s Convention of Champions.
Can my spouse and I register under one name?
To keep it simple: Please do one registration per person.
Will I be able to purchase tickets at the door?
No, we will not be selling tickets at the door. Please purchase your tickets by June 15, 2024.
Can I get an award if I’m not going to the Convention?
Based on previous experiences and for logistical reasons, we do not order awards for people who do not attend the Convention or any of our awarding events.
If I can’t make it to the event, can I watch it after?
This is a paid live event and there will be no live streaming so you won’t be able to watch or attend any other time. We hope you’ll be able to join us – the best meeting is the one you miss!
Can I purchase the Member/Student Admission Ticket if I’m already in Contracting?
No. Please register as an Agent and purchase the Regular Admission Tickets. If you’re already in Contracting, that means that you already graduated from HLLQP.
Will there be food to be served at the Convention?
We are currently working to connect with local food providers. No food served at the 2nd Day Awards Night.
